Notebook Of Death!

Updated: Feb 7

Beware of paper cuts…

Good morning my loyal Painkillers, anime fans, newbies to the site, and also fans of death, since that’s seems to be the theme of all the anime I wrote about this month. (Great, now what am I going to do in October?) Question, what would you do if you had a notebook that had the power to kill someone, just by writing their name in it? I know for a fact that there would be a lot of dead motherfuckers around here if I had it!( Hmmm, probably should not have wrote that!) Anyway, here is Death Note.

In Tokyo, Japan we meet a high school student named Light Yagami. He is a brilliant student, but tends to be bored with everything. One day he finds a mysterious black notebook known as Death Note. The book has the power to kill people for its owner. All the owner has to do is write the person’s name in the Death Note, and the owner knows what that person looks like. With people dying all over for no explanation most times, Interpol gets involved to try to figure out what is going on.

This show is fucking awesome! The concept of the show is so different than what you normally see in animes. This is definitely one of those shows that when it ends you are left wanting more, so you end up watching it again! If you haven’t seen this before, first off, the fuck is wrong with you!? Don’t worry you have options to watch this show. Besides the usual Netflix and Hulu, you can also watch it on Tubi and Vudu. So pick your poison and enjoy! Until next time everyone!
